We travelled to Canada 5-6 times and not sure for how long long those trip were. We are not sure for the number of trips, durations or dates. Do we have to come accurate or if we do where we can get the information on these trips? Can I simply attach a sheet explaining that we cant recall these exact numbers, dates or durations and neither we knew to record them. Please help if any of you faced this problem! You can write on the form the approximate number of trip and approximate number of days. It would be best to write a sentence and say something like "spent approximately x days during each 5-6 trips. No more than X days in total." The govt. is interested in ensuring you meet the physical presence requirement. This problem is very common with individuals who travel to Canada often since passports are not required and even when offered they are not stamped. My advice is to try your hardest to estimate the dates. You may include a note that these are estimates. The real point is to see how many days you have been out of the country to discover whether or not you are eligible for naturalization.
