Hi friends,This is for families moving to Tampa newly will help u in ur search.I and my husband have also recently moved to Tampa from LA, we have seen more than 6 communities and now we have taken in Camden woods apartments. This is a good and neat neighborhood, its a townhome/condos. Shops are accessible easily. This is on Bella chase circle, Tampa fl 33734Reviews on other apartments which I have seen.Grand oasis: community has beautiful landscape, but I heard from lot of people their are crouches and the management is not friendly.Berkshire: beautiful lake and fountain on the entrance, for ous dint feel home, carpets are bad.Carrollwood palms: community not that great, community amenities are not updated, but the kitchens are updatedTapestry citrus park: beautiful community, townhomes, and homes are updated as well, good place to lease, we loved it, kitchens are updated.These are only our views, and only a guide for people out there new to Tampa like ous and in search for a place to call home. Hi sumedh, there are lot of Indian in grand oasis, but lot of complaints in that community regarding crouches and management, even Berkshire is nice. But the rents are high for area compared than the rest of communities, u can come and check Camden woods, its a nice community where ull find Indians and lot of families, rent is also reasonable with Internet and cable included. All d best in search for ur new home.
Hi Nitisha. I am Sumedh. My wife and I have been living in the area for a year now. We are living in Bay Isle Key community in St Pete on MLK St. It is a nice community with excellent apartments, but there are hardly any Indians there. Also, there is a distinct snobbish feel about the place. We are looking to move to Tampa so that my wife whos on H4 can make some friends in a community that has a good mix of immigrant Indians and Americans. So far, weve visited Berkshires at Citrus Park, Lexington Park, IMT Tuscany and IMT Westchase. All these look like good communities. Not sure yet which one well move to. Well also check out Camden Woods like you suggested. If you have any other suggestions, please let me know.
